Hours:

• 3:00am - 11:30am, Monday-Friday

• $16.00 per hour

• Maintenance Supervisor

• Sweep/scrub floors in all areas of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Break down skids and cardboard materials for recycling purposes, maintaining a clutter-free environment.
• Sort/recycle cardboard materials in accordance with company guidelines and environmental standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas, ensuring proper waste management practices are followed.
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, hand trucks, and other machinery to assist in daily tasks, adhering to safety protocols.
• Lift and transport items weighing between 40-50lbs as necessary, using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment.
• Shovel snow from walkways and designated areas around the warehouse to maintain accessibility and safety during inclement weather.
• Utilize salt spreader equipment to distribute salt and other de-icing materials, minimizing slip hazards during icy conditions.
• Perform tasks at elevated heights using scissor lifts or similar equipment, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, including but not limited to minor repairs, painting, and upkeep of facilities.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and team members regarding any maintenance issues, concerns, or suggestions for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to perform various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and dusting.

• Ability to troubleshoot minor maintenance issues, make basic repairs, and find solutions to unexpected challenges as they arise.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with others, work cooperatively in a team environment, and support coworkers as needed to achieve common goals.
• Basic customer service skills to interact politely and professionally with visitors when necessary.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in identifying and addressing maintenance needs or opportunities for improvement without constant supervision.

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in janitorial and maintenance.
